Your guide through the fire

The most important guideline in my practice is this: you are the agent of your own experience. Let’s first discuss how you experience your day-to-day, then make adjustments to rewrite your story. Part psychological, part spiritual, your whole being explored, expressed, embraced.

I practice psychosynthesis. It’s a transpersonal psychology that supports movement toward wholeness. We’ll use a combination of talking, creative expression, meditation, and visualization exercises to help you find what you need so you can root in your being and grow your self awareness. 

My individual consultations are called Burn Sessions. We’ll practice exercises from psychosynthesis, spend time in collaborative reflection, and then do a burn to let it all go. Burn Sessions are designed for integration so you move toward mental wellness. Once a person has experienced an individual Burn Session, they are eligible for monthly group Burn Sessions. This offering supports sustained self-care in community.
