Reflection Prompt

Here’s a reflection prompt, culled from evolutionary astrology forecasts. The prompt is meant to engage the iterative processes through which we create our mindscapes. These reflection prompts stimulate self study (svadhyaya).

We meet a Pisces full moon on August 26.

The vibe of Pisces, the archetype of the sorcerer n’ sorceress’ n’ in-between magic makers is reality shifting. Mind funking. Like Matrix guides going all cosmic and mystical. The Pisces in you can bend time and space. Reality is just a holograph anyway.

This summer brought a Mars retrograde (frustrated much?) and a few eclipses (bye bye, worlds!) and Uranus in Taurus (can your body hold all the breakthroughs?). But this point is where your Piscean nature capable of activating divine agency emerges. It’s time to trip to the cosmic pharmacy. With all the medicine aka lessons that came through life this summer, how is your spiritual health now?

One of the benefits of going through health things (mental, physical, spiritual health) is that the opportunity to bring awareness to the roots of the thing exists. This is where the karma, the causes and effects, set up the holograph. The circumstances. Your awareness can go to the root of patterns. Turn darkness to light. That’s reality shifting.

Even if full recovery doesn’t happen, there is information. Perhaps it was a part of your mind that was agitated. Perhaps was a part of your body. Perhaps it was a part of your energetic field. All of the new information brought into your consciousness by the agitation is telling you something. It’s part of the karma. It’s the cord between intuition and doing something different now that you know better. When you make choices that are counter-karmic, watch how time and space bends. Watch how things happen as if by magic.

Just like in The Matrix, you have a choice: red or blue pill?

REFLECTION PROMPT: Have you taken your divine agency lately?

Reflection Prompt

Here’s a reflection prompt, culled from evolutionary astrology forecasts to engage the iterative processes through which we create our mindscapes. These reflection prompts are meant to stimulate self exploration.

We meet a solar eclipse August 11 (cc: a new moon in Leo).

The vibe of Leo, the archetype of the king n’ queen n’ in-betweens rulers at large, is 100% bold. Bright. Show stealing. The superficial pop-sensation and the melodramatic genius. These sides are the two sides of creative expression. They are performers. They are vessels for the emotions of life. Press play.

And if you’re wanting to back out from your show, your court, your owned light, a friendly suggestion: don’t. If you are just burned out from too much of everything ever, know that energy is nearly over. Eclipse season is ending with this one. All this *ish has been for something, if not illumining different parts of the human experience.

Consider the subtle and not so subtle energy that has been flowing through the summer care of the eclipses; consider the energy as the behind-the-scenes shenanigans that has brought you here. And then consider the alchemy that happens with creative expression, that is, when you put on your own show. It’s all a process that helps you transmute the emotions. It’s the rawr you just need to let out. Creative expression can become a superpower. It is your radiance, the Leo in you, kings, queens, in-betweens.

REFLECTION PROMPT: Have you expressed your Leo today?

Reflection Prompt

Here’s a reflection prompt, culled from evolutionary astrology forecasts to engage the iterative processes through which we create our mindscapes. These reflection prompts are meant to stimulate self exploration.

The time period during eclipses can feel more dramatic, more emotional, more electric. Solar eclipses stimulate things that are coming into our personality (ego experience) and lunar eclipses disseminate things that are leaving that filtered-vision of reality.

We meet an Aquarius full moon on July 27. It’s also a lunar eclipse. But don’t buy into the hype… just yet.

The time period of the days around a full moon is especially good for taking a step back and contemplating the events, including thoughts and feelings, that you  experienced since the new moon/beginning of the lunar cycle.

The vibe of Aquarius, the archetype of the teacher, is edgy. Part far out, part far in to commUNITY, Aquarius is the part of you that wants to have utopia with your tribe rn. Can’t we all just vibe?

It’s not all shiny, happy, easy to do.

Think back to the new moon in July, when the archetype of Cancer rubbed all our raw spots. Hit home with the feels. And now think about how if your home isn’t happy, you act out somewhere else. Think about how if you’re cast out from a tribe or don’t have one, you act out–maybe against yourself and maybe against others. Let the teacher show up in the drama-rama and see what the lesson is. It’s in you.

You can buy into the hype of this powerful eclipse if you bring honest and curiosity to your reflections. The effects will manifest if you are ready for real change. And trusting in that idea is pretty edgy.

REFLECTION PROMPT: Describe who you are as if you were introducing yourself to your tribe? HINT: You can be anyone you want to be.
